PARIS — Luxury design brand L’Object has named Stanislas Le Bert as its first chief executive officer.

A seasoned luxury beauty and lifestyle executive, Le Bert most recently served for almost five years as CEO of Swedish beauty brand L:A Bruket. Prior to that, he held regional and global management positions at Diptyque and Byredo.

Le Bert will work with L’Objet teams located in Lisbon, Portugal; New York, and Paris.

“Following L’Objet’s foray into their personal fragrances last year and continued prominence in design, Le Bert’s expertise and leadership will be pivotal to the brand’s growth in the beauty and home landscapes,” L’Objet said in a statement.

L’Objet launched its first eau de parfum line, with four nature-inspired fragrances in April 2023.

“When I founded L’Objet nearly two decades ago, my mission was to redefine luxury by blending timeless functional design with impeccable craftsmanship,” said Elad Yifrach, founder of L’Objet. “Today, L’Objet has blossomed into a brand that seeks to engage all five senses, offering a comprehensive range of categories, including fragrance.”

“As we embark on the next phase of our journey, I am delighted to welcome Stanislas Le Bert as our new CEO,” Yifrach continued. “With his remarkable track record and strategic prowess, I am confident that his leadership will propel L’Objet’s success.”

Of Yifrach, Le Bert said: “His multidisciplinary work offers unlimited opportunities to L’Objet, being already a leader in luxury tableware and home accessories. It is now expanding impressively in perfumes, along with master perfumers Yann Vasnier and Jean-Claude Ellena.”

L’Objet has also been expanding its retail footprint. Among recent openings have been the brand’s first freestanding boutique in Paris, which debuted in July 2023. It also opened a store in New York’s Upper East Side.

L’Objet was founded in Los Angeles in 2004 after a debut collection of ceramics caught the eye of a buyer at Bergdorf Goodman.
